Hey, I'm Alice!
Personal Trainer, Strength & Nutrition Coach, and founder of KAD Fitness.
I've been a member of the gym since I was 15 years old. Over the last 19 years, I've tried it all and worked through my own goals as I've passed through life's many seasons (you can read about my own transformation here).
I genuinely love helping people see their most capable, strong selves. It's an honour to witness my clients work hard and achieve their goals.
I built Strong Collective for those who may not need 1:1 coaching, but want some structure and guidance in their training. Sometimes you just want to know exactly what to do when you walk into the gym. I wanted to give people the same quality of programming my in-person and online clients receive — without the price tag of personalised coaching — plus a community element, so you know you've got a team behind you.

Can beginners join? Yes. Exercise alternatives are built in and effort is based on your own RPE (how hard it feels for you), so the program scales to your level without needing 1:1 coaching.
Is this only for beginners? Definitely not! The same block works whether you're starting out or years into training — effort scales to your own strength level, not a fixed standard.
What equipment do I need? Programming is gym-based with exercise alternatives included, so it works whether your gym is fully equipped or a bit limited — swap in the alternative for anything you can't access.
What if I join halfway through a block? You jump straight into whatever week the group's currently on. Scaling recommendations will be provided to ensure things aren’t too hard. You'll get a full block from week 1 next time a new one begins.
Can I cancel? Yes, anytime — email us and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Is this personalised? No — Strong Collective is general programming, not 1:1 coaching. If you want individualised programming or injury-specific guidance, read more about 1:1 personal training coaching here.
