KAD Fitness is owned and operated by Alice Dawson, a Personal Trainer and Strength and Nutrition coach, providing coaching to clients worldwide - from beginners to seasoned athletes looking for their next edge in their sport.

Coaching online is simple - whether you want help with your training, nutrition or both - then lets get chatting about your goals and how KAD can help you finally achieve them.

Alice also provides in-person training sessions in the Shoalhaven area of NSW, Australia.

Training & Nutrition. A personalised training program, designed around your goals, injury history, lifestyle and performance needs. Paired with custom nutrition guidance to help fuel your workouts, perform at your best and achieve your physique goals.

$85/week or $935 upfront

    • Personalised training and nutrition program, updated regularly to suit your goals and keep you motivated

    • Weekly check-ins via app to track progress and habits

    • Goal-setting call to map out your plan

    • Lifting technique review (early phase and as needed)

Training Coaching

BEGINNER - ADVANCED

Training only - a tailored training program that evolves with you. Progressions are carefully programmed and designed to ensure you enjoy your workouts but you are also going to see results. This is not a set and forget system. You will check in weekly and provide important feedback to ensure your plans stays 100% suitable for you.

$60/week or $660 upfront

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition only - Learn how to fuel your body, build better habits, and take the stress out of nutrition. Create sustainable change by shifting the behaviours behind your nutrition. Most of us already know what to do, but life doesn’t always allow the execution of the plan. Let us create a more suited one for YOU.

BEGINNER - ADVANCED
