Training & Nutrition - a full-circle coaching experience. Your training is customised to your lifestyle and goals – whether you're building from scratch or fine-tuning performance – with a focus on real progress. Paired with adaptive nutrition coaching that goes beyond macros and calorie counting.

$85/week or $935 upfront

    • Personalised training and nutrition program, updated regularly to suit your goals and keep you motivated

    • Weekly check-ins via app to track progress and habits

    • Goal-setting call to map out your plan

    • Lifting technique review (early phase and as needed)

    • In-app messaging for support
