Hi! I’m Alice Dawson – personal trainer, strength and nutrition coach, and the founder of KAD Fitness.
With nearly two decades of lived gym experience and specialised study in training, nutrition, and behaviour change, this isn’t just something I’ve learned – it’s something I’ve lived. I know what it’s like to juggle work, life, parenthood, pressure, and that deep desire to keep showing up for yourself. It’s bloody hard.
Why I coach
My coaching is built on real-life experience, formal qualifications in fitness and nutrition, and a deep focus on the behavioural side of change. I don’t want to just hand you over another rigid plan. For me, it’s about understanding why people struggle to stick with it – and building systems that make consistency actually feel achievable.
