You’ll receive a detailed written report with practical, no-fluff advice you can implement straight away – without the need for long-term coaching.

    Step 3: Once payment is received, I’ll personally email you a link to your own 3-day food diary – this allows you to complete it at your own pace and ensures your entries are saved in real time.

    Step 4: Once your diary is complete, I’ll begin reviewing your intake and preparing your feedback report.

Whether you're building strength, working toward a specific goal, or just want to follow a plan that actually makes sense - this 6-week block gives you the structure, direction, and progression to make it happen.
