Training only - a tailored training program that evolves with you. Progressions are carefully programmed and designed to ensure you enjoy your workouts but you are also going to see results. This is not a set and forget system. You will check in weekly and provide important feedback to ensure your plans stays 100% suitable for you.

This service is designed for those wanting clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of how to fuel their body better. Whether you're stuck, second-guessing your food choices, or need an expert eye on your current approach, this one’s for you.
You’ll receive a detailed written report with practical, no-fluff advice you can implement straight away – without the need for long-term coaching.

Step 3: Once payment is received, I’ll personally email you a link to your own 3-day food diary – this allows you to complete it at your own pace and ensures your entries are saved in real time.
Step 4: Once your diary is complete, I’ll begin reviewing your intake and preparing your feedback report.

This self-paced program is ideal if you want to train with purpose and see results, but don’t need full coaching support. Whether you're building strength, working toward a specific goal, or just want to follow a plan that actually makes sense - this 6-week block gives you the structure, direction, and progression to make it happen.
Train on your own terms, but with expert design behind every session.
