Q: How do check-ins work and how often?

All ongoing coaching packages include weekly check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot barriers, and make adjustments. You will receive a notification on your app dashboard reminding you to complete your weekly check-in digital form. This usually takes around 5-10mins to complete all questions. You can also leave comments on your workouts (training coaching) or upload food photos mid-week (nutrition coaching). The Nutrition Review is a one-off service and doesn’t include weekly check-ins.

Q: I’m new to training – will these programs suit me?

Absolutely. Every program is tailored to your level and goals. Whether you're starting fresh or ready to level up, we’ll make it challenging and realistic.

Q: Do I need to track macros or calories?

Tracking is encouraged if you’re working toward a specific goal with a set timeline. But it's not essential – especially for those focused on long-term habit change. The Nutrition Review doesn’t require tracking at all.

Q: What if I train at home or have limited equipment?

No worries – programs are built around what you have access to, whether that’s a full gym or just a couple of dumbbells. That said, having some basic equipment at home is helpful as your training progresses.

Q: I’m pregnant or breastfeeding – can I still work with you?

Yes – in most cases. We’ll tailor everything to your stage and needs, and always make sure it’s safe and supportive. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch to chat about your scenario.

Q: How do I access my program and check-ins?

Everything is delivered through an easy-to-use app – including your workouts, check-ins, and messaging.
