Non-members welcome - no casual fee payable to enter gym.

PARTICIPATION & SAFETY
- If you have any injuries, chronic pain, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to lift safely, please inform Alice prior to any involvement in demonstrations. Please note, your physical participation is not a requirement of attending the workshop.
- Should you participate in any physical demonstrations, you do so at your own risk
- Alice Dawson and KAD Fitness are not liable for injury, damage, or loss during your participation
- Stop immediately if you experience pain and inform Alice
- Alice is a certified personal trainer and strength coach, not a medical professional, and cannot provide medical advice or injury treatment

WHAT TO BRING
- Water bottle
- Comfortable gym clothes and enclosed footwear (flat shoes recommended)
- Notebook (optional, for taking notes)

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Due to limited intake, this event is non-refundable
- In the event the workshop has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances - those that cannot attend or transfer their ticket to another individual, will be granted a full refund

PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT
- Alice or/or Jetts staff may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes
- By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed unless you notify Alice at the start of the workshop
- If you prefer not to be included in photos/videos, inform Alice before the workshop begins

LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking this workshop, I acknowledge and agree that:
- I am participating at my own risk
- I am physically capable of participating in strength training should I involve myself in a demonstration
- I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur
- I release Alice Dawson, KAD Fitness, and Jetts Nowra from any liability related to my participation
