KAD Fitness is owned and operated by Alice Dawson, a Personal Trainer and Strength and Nutrition coach, providing coaching to clients worldwide - from beginners to seasoned athletes looking for their next edge in their sport.

Coaching online is simple - whether you want help with your training, nutrition or both - then lets get chatting about your goals and how KAD can help you finally achieve them.

Alice also provides in-person training sessions based in Nowra NSW, Australia.

Training Only
A tailored training program that evolves with you. Progressions are carefully programmed and designed to ensure you enjoy your workouts but you are also going to see results. This is not a set and forget system. You will check in weekly and provide important feedback to ensure your plans stays 100% suitable for you.

Learn how to fuel your body, build better habits, and take the stress out of nutrition. Create sustainable change by shifting the behaviours behind your nutrition. Most of us already know what to do, but life doesn’t always allow the execution of the plan. Let us create a more suited one for YOU.
